Error description

• HoD 10.0.8.1 and 11.03 on z/OS, server-based client
  
  Customer is using the HoD internal UID/PW database HOD 10.0.8.1
  or  11.03 on
  z/OS, server-based client. Trying to add a new user without a PW
  using the Admin client fails. Customer states that the problem
  started with HoD 11.03, and is also found in 10.0.8.1. If the
  user adds a PW, the user ID is created
  successfully.
  
  The problem is on on zOS platform.

  *                      is missing in config.properties file,   *
  *                      a Jave exception is thrown, Null        *
  *                      pointer exception and the operation     *
  *                      fails.                                  *

  Whenever there is no AllowBlankPassword property in the
  config.properties file, this property value was not getting
  set to the default value true and the code was failing to
  handle it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified to set the property to default value of
  yes.
  
  Fix is in HOD 10.0.9 Refresh pack
  Fix is scheduled to be available in HOD 11.0.4 Refresh pack
