Error description

• If a client has the offline feature enabled and has configured
  the html-parameter 'Save', the client will receive a logon
  prompt to logon to the HOD server when there should be no logon.
  

Local fix

• Remove the 'Save' html-parameter

  The Save parameter points to the location where the user
  preferences are stored. When Host On-Demand sessions are
  launched using the bookmark to the local HTML file, the value
  for Save html parameter is null and since the user
  preferences are not found, the logon prompt is shown.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so that the 'Save' html parameter is
  passed as an applet parameter in the local html file so it
  will get the value at the time of loading.
