APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Specifying CT/Engine-specific startup value STGDEBUG(X) or
  DEBUG(Y) could cause one or more of the following:
  1) A large overlay of X'FFFFFFFF'
  2) TEMS hang
  3) Other unpredictable results.
  

Local fix

• Do not run STGDEBUG(X) or DEBUG(Y) especially if TEC EIF is
  also being used.

  Turning on STGDEBUG caused a name returned from TCP/IP to not
  not be null terminated. This leads to a massive overlay of
  ENGINE storage data.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to ensure the name returned by
  GetNameInfo is null terminated.
