Error description

• On a HOD v10.0.6 VT session with the parameter
  "RetainHod9VTColorMapping" set, the colors are not being
  reversed as they should on screens with reverse video white
  on black.  On some screens when the cursor is white on black
  it turns to pink or cannot be seen at all.

  When a user connects a VT session to their host, some
  reverseVideo colors are not getting reversed correctly.
  This happens on select few screens. On a particular screen,
  the block cursor was also appearing in a different color.
  

Problem conclusion

• The reverseVideo attribute in VT applies to characters and
  there is also another attribute for the entire screen.
  The assignment of reverseVideo was not getting done correctly
  for individual characters.
  ScreenText.java has been modified to handle this issue.
