Error description

• When executing the PDCOLLECT CLIST under TSO, the following
  messages are displayed:

  NO OPSLOG DATASETS FOUND
  UNABLE TO DETERMINE VALUE OF RHILEV
  UNABLE TO DETERMINE VALUE OF RVHILEV
  UNABLE TO DETERMINE VALUE OF SYS
  CHECK JOB OUTPUT AND/OR SPECIFY RHILEV, RVHILEV OR SYS OPTIONS
  .
  When the CLIST is unable to determine these values, it cannot
  collect the necessary documentation for problem analysis.
  Dataset &userid.PDCOLLCT.DAT is not created.
  This problem only occurs on z/OS.
  

Local fix

• SPECIFY THE RHILEV, RVHILEV AND SYS OPTIONS when invoking
  the KMSPDCOL CLIST.
