OA29584: RTEMS SLOW SHUTDOWN WHEN CONNECTION TO HUB IS ACTIVE

  Environment:
    ITM6.1 FP7 IF1 / ITM6.2 FP1 IF1
    HUB TEMS & REMOTE TEMS: Windows 2003 SP1
  
  Problem Description:
    REMOTE TEMS intermittently took a long time to shutdown.  When
    this problem occurred, HUB TEMS was still running and the
    connection to HUB TEMS was active.  The customer had a total
    of 9 REMOTE TEMS.  The problem occurred on all of the RTEMS
    intermittently.
  
    This problem was first reported at ITM6.1 FP1 IF1 level.
    Later on the customer upgraded to ITM6.2 FP1 IF1 level but
    the problem still existed.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    Shut down the REMOTE TEMS When the connection to HUB TEMS is
    still active.
