APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The defect is in method Policy::getAssociatedMSs.
  
  We are not converting the agent name from UTF-8 to EBCDIC before
  creating a new ManagedSystem object.
  
  This defect is exposed for Policies that are Correlated-by-MSN.
