OA28787: MISLEADING ERROR MESSAGE IN KHD

  Misleading KHD error message in the agent log:
  khdxrpic.cpp,217,"initRPCCallbackOnce") ****TERMINAL ERROR: RPC
  Listen

  The warehousing functionality works fine, but the messages lead
  users to believe that it is not properly working. The problem
  usually occurs when MQ and MC agents run on z/OS in the same
  address space, but it was also reported with MQ agent on AIX.
  Both agents share the same RPC Listen server on Z/OS.
  KHD should check if RPC Listen was already started by another
  agent, running in the same address space before printing this
  message.

  When MQ and MC agents run on z/OS in the same address space,
  both agents share the same RPC Listen server.  This causes
  the KHD error message in the agent log:

Problem conclusion

• Code modified so the message will be displayed only when
  trace is set to STATE.  This will eliminate the misleading
  messages while still preserving the functionality in case a
  defect surfaces.
