Error description

  • Steps to reproduce.
    
    unzip attachment data base  you can get a reproducible database.
    
    1. Open the attached database by Notes Client Basic and focus
    navigatorbottun area. You can notice the color of area was
    changed to a kind of blue and continue to display status on
    console
    2. Open the attached database by Notes Client Standard and
    focus navigatorbottun area. You can notice the color of area
    was changed to a kind of blue. but the color was changed to
    former color soon and also disappear the status on console soon.
    
    They should be same behavior and Basic behavior is more user
    friendly, so Standard should changed to Basic behavior.
