Error description

  • Embedded Images are only seen as red X on server mail file.
These images display correctly when opened locally on the local
mail file.
When you select "Disable embedded browser for MIME Mail" in
Preferences, you see the images as red X.
This is only an issue with the mail file on the server.

Local fix

  • When you do not select "Disable embedded browser for MIME Mail"
then the images are displayed correctly on the server mail file

Problem summary

  • This APAR is closed as FIN. We have deferred the fix to a
 future release.
