LO81471: ERROR MESSAGE IN NEW CREATED PERSONAL NAMES.NSF: 'INVALID UNIVERSAL ID'

Error description

• In notes 9.01 an error was found related to the local names.nsf.
  
  When installed clean then a names.nsf will be provided. This
  will work ok and seems to be not effected.
  But if i create a new names.nsf based on the
  StdR4PersonalAddresBook (names.nsf) which is provided with the
  notes client then i will see this error with the steps below:
  
      Invalid universal id
      On Module: PREF_QUERYOPEN
      On Line: 65
      In Method: QUERYOPEN
  
   - Create a new names.nsf
   - Open the names.nsf
   - more
   - preferences
   - --> message
  
  If i click on ok then i will see the preferences and can make
  adjustments ok.
