Error description

• RefreshParentNote method runs in QueryClose event of form.
  If there is no button on form called from Dialogbox method,
  RefreshParentNote
  method displays dialog "Notes Error - Specified command is not
  available from
  the workspace.".
  "No button" means hidden button or does not exist on form.
  If there is button on form, error message is not displayed.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Put attachment DB TESTDIALOG.nsf to local drive.
  2. Open TESTDIALOG.nsf by notes client. (Domino server is not
  required)
  3. Open document in TESTDIALOG.nsf
  4. Press button in the document
  5. Dialog titled "DIALOGBOX1" is displayed.
  6. Press right top close button ("x") on dialog.
  7. Dialog "Notes Error - Specified command is not available from
  the
  workspace." is displayed <-- PROBLEM
  
  I can reproduce this problem on 653, 603, 602cf2 and 654.
