Error description
When WCM converts data to XML it is not distinguishing between Text and ShortText. It uses same class to convert it to XML. This causes it to convert ShortText to Text when the data is imported.

Problem conclusion
Changes to differentiate between the 2 cases have been made unde r APAR LO40122. Changes will be published to Fix Central as a W CM iFix.
