  • USERS AFFECTED:
Users using -qsmp=omp -qoffload and #pragma omp target maybe
affected by this issue.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The linkage of outlined routines on the device was not properly
being set to the internal linkage causing the error.

Problem conclusion

  • The issue has been fixed.
