   The failure is related to the Unique Indexes in the tables
  SHPMODCLCD and CATENCALCD.  When publishing the workspace task,
  if there is already an entry in the staging database schema with
  the same Unique Index, the DuplicateKeyException will be thrown.

   When publishing content in  he tables SHPMODCLCD and
  CATENCALCD, ensure that there is no duplicate entry in the base
  schema for the Unique Indexes column.

   DuplicateKeyException is encountered in WebSphere Commerce when
  publishing a workspace task for the tables SHPMODCLCD and
  CATENCALCD
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use the Workspace
  Administration Console .

Problem conclusion

• Installing APAR JR39100 can resolve the DuplicateKeyException
  issue by replacing the duplicated entry in the staging base
  schema so that the new entry published will be committed.
