APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After you install or uninstall an interim fix and start the
deployment manager profile, you see that the NEXUS_PUBLIC_URL
and cpeWebServiceURL properties are missing from the
cbConfig.properties file.

Local fix

  • Manually add property NEXUS_PUBLIC_URL , cpeWebServiceURL and
their values back in cbConfig.properties after profile upgrade
process.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because upgrading the profile doesn't complete
 the values of the NEXUS_PUBLIC_URL and cpeWebServiceURL
properties in the Case Builder cbConfig.properties file.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that includes the values for the NEXUS_PUBLIC_URL and
cpeWebServiceURL properties in the Case Builder
cbConfig.properties file when you upgrade Business Automation
Workflow from before 19.0.0.2 to 19.0.0.2 will be included in a
future release of Business Automation Workflow.
