APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If you install a new snapshot and then synchronize to get the
older exposed process values (EPVs) from an earlier snapshot
into the new one, you might see an EPV that is from a different
date than the most recent "effective on" date. An incorrect EPV
is returned because the EPV cache is out of order.

Local fix

  • Disable the EpvVarValueCache by setting
<enable-epv-var-value-cache> to false in your 100Custom.xml as
detailed in "Cache and cache-related settings"
