  • When you want to configure Case in IBM Business Automation
    Workflow, you would likely start by reading "Configuring your
    system for case management"

    be even more helpful if it linked to scenarios about configuring
     the embedded or external IBM Content Navigator and configuring
    the embedded or external Content Platform Engine.
    
    Furthermore, if you follow the links, you get to this "Running
    the development environment case configuration tasks"

    in both steps 5 and 6 discusses Business Automation Workfow
    being integrated with an external Content Platform Engine.  But
    if you follow the configuration steps starting from "Configuring
    your system for case management", there is no path to arrive at
    a information about configuring the system with an external
    Content Platform Engine.
    
    Instead, you must search for these sections, which you find
    under "Modifying and extending an existing installation":
