  • You receive the following error:

CWTBG0019E: Unexpected exception during execution. Exception
information: 'null'

Local fix

  • Remove the value that is not specified in the variable list.

Problem summary

  • This error occurs only if someone assigns a non-primitive value
to a variable that is not specified in the client-side human
service variable list, for example

tw.local.callServiceButtonVisibility = [];

when no callServiceButtonVisibility variable is in the
client-side human service variable list.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that improves the error message will be available in a
future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
