Error description

  • When you run the BPMConfig command to update the enablePD
property, the deployment environment's (DE's) contextRootPrefix
isn't read properly, for example

BPMConfig.sh -update -profile MyDmgrProfile -de myDE -enablePD
true  -component CaseManager

Because the DE's contextRootPrefix was missed in the EXUS_URL
property, the NEXUS_URL has the wrong value in the <shared
directory>/caseconfig/cbConfig.properties file.

Local fix

  • Rerun the contextRootPrefix update command, for example

./BPMConfig.sh -update -profile MyDmgrProfile -de MyDE
-contextRootPrefix /myContextRootPrefix
