Error description
Because the StartProcessFromCaseWithCallback operation in the BPMWSAPISoapService service provider was configured with the BPM Web Service API policy set, it doesn't allow the Case Client to propagate the transaction to IBM Business Automation Workflow. Without transaction propagation, you might experience a deadlock while you try to start a BPD instance. PRODUCTS AFFECTED Business Automation Workflow

Use a two-phase commit when you start a BPD instance from the Case Client to avoid a deadlock.
