  • You see the following SQL exception when IBM Business Automation
    Workflow tries to apply incoming changes sent from IBM Case
    Manager or the Content Platform Engine (CPE):

    batch element #1: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-803, SQLSTATE=23505,
    SQLERRMC=1;DB2ADMIN.LSW_BPD_INSTANCE_CONTENT_USAGE,
    DRIVER=4.24.92; nested exception is
    com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlIntegrityConstraintViolationException:
