APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If you turn on "Paste as text" in the text editor, a blue alert
with a description opens. If you don't click the X to close the
alert window, the alert window stays open even when the text
editor is hidden.

Local fix

  • Add the following text to the "On close" event of the modal
section to close the alert:

$(Text_Editor1)._instance.textEditorControl.notificationManager.
close();

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures this alert closes when then the text editor
is hidden will be available in a future release of Business
Automation Workflow.
