Problem conclusion

• Port WebSphere Commerce V8 change to FEP8:
  
  Fix to query expansion:
  1. When searchType is Any and uses queryExpansion algorithm and,
   when searchTerm is single term and there is STA, you do not
  need to append mm. You also do not need to append the searchTerm
   with double quote.
  2. When the search term has hyphen(-), it will take it as a
  single term, therefore append it with a double quote.
