Error description

  • You can't change the "IBM BPM Portal" part of
the title of an IBM Process Portal page. Therefore, you can't
apply another title for the pages within Process Portal.

Local fix

  • Follow the instructions in Chapter 5 of the "Deliver Modern UI
for IBM BPM with the Coach Framework and Other Approaches" IBM
Redbook (http://ibm.biz/BPMUIRedbook) to change the title value
in portalMessages_en.js by first cloning the Process Portal
code. The original value for all languages is "IBM Process
Portal", but the value can be changed to whatever you want. Then
 rebuild portal-components.min.zip.

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that enables you to customize the titles of Process Portal
 pages will be available in a future release of Business
Automation Workflow. The customized title will use the value
configured in "com.ibm.mashups.productname".
