Error description
In WebSphere Commerce v9, when we set a custom language with positive ID the localealias does not get set with a positive value with 'P' as prefix as expected. For example, if the language ID is 112 and all the cores are deleted, after starting the search server, the cores are created. While doing indexing, the core is updated with localealias value. The localealias should be updated as P112 whereas it is getting updated as -112.
