Error description

  • For certain coachFlowEngine requests, the JSON payload data is
incorrect because it contains invalid characters like in the
following excerpt:

'cfEL':{'cfiid':'27793481.cf1','err':{"message":"Error: The
server responded with an error code 500 when accessing the url
\"/rest/bpm/wle/v1/coachflow/instancedata\". Contact your system
administrator."}}

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • The use of single quotation marks (') to delimit name/value
pairs does not comply with JSON standards. Double quote
characters (") must be used instead.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix that constructs valid JSON payload data for
coachFlowEngine requests will be included in a future release of
 IBM Business Automation Workflow.
