Error description

• The Sterling Configurator is enabled per the business
  requirement, however if the transport is not configured in the
  WebSphere Commerce admin console, then the following exception
  is thrown in the log file.

Local fix

• Run the SQL to delete Sterling transport from table STORETRANS.
