JR60272: CacheInvalidationForAll property not recognized

Error description

• In the wc-component.xml file from Search container, the
  CacheInvalidationForAll is used to confirm cache invalidation
  behaviour for scenarios in which the search runtime decides that
   a full cache invalidation is needed; for example, a full
  rebuild of the search index.

  By default, CacheInvalidationForAll is set to "clearall" so that
   it will insert a clearall record in the CACHEIVL table. If
  search runtime believes that a full cache invalidation is
  needed, the DynaCacheInvalidation job will do a full cache
  clear. However, if you don't want such behaviour, maybe you have
   your own custom cache invalidation handling, then you can set
  CacheInvalidationForAll to "" to indicate that you don't want
  clearall records to be generated in these scenarios.
  
  This property, however, is not processed properly in Version
  9.0, which results in clearall being performed regardless of
  your CacheInvalidationForAll configuration.
