Error description

  • While you migrate from IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.0.x
to IBM BPM V8.6, the deployment environment (DE) configuration
is exported from the source environment by using "BPMConfig
-migrate" command. But in the exported DE properties file, the
schema name of the cell database and shared database are not
correct. The properties file has the user name as the schema
    name for the DB2 environment.

As a result, you will see the following exception when you try
to upgrade the database using DBUpgrade command at the target
    environment.

Local fix

  • Before you create the target environment, check the exported DE
properties file to make sure the schema names of the cell
database and shared database match your database schema name.
