Error description

  • When loading the Dashboards Toolkit Task List, you might
experience long wait times while the user groups are loaded if a
 user belongs to many user groups that also contain many users.
 These delays might be reported as hung threads in the
server-side logs.

  • The subscription to CometD notifications for user groups causes
more data to be loaded than necessary, contributing to the long
wait times.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix that reduces the load on the database that occurs while
you use the Dashboards Toolkit Task List will be available in a
future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
