When loading the Dashboards Toolkit Task List, you might experience long wait times while the user groups are loaded if a user belongs to many user groups that also contain many users. The subscription to CometD notifications for user groups causes more data to be loaded than necessary, contributing to the long wait times.
Problem conclusion
A fix that reduces the load on the database that occurs while you use the Dashboards Toolkit Task List will be available in a future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
