Error description

  • In the web IBM Process Designer, when you want to view the
references of an artifact in a global scope by clicking the
reference icon, the reference panel hangs and you see the
following NullPointerException in the SystemOut.log file:

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • If one of the reference belongs to an archived track, a
NullPointerException is thrown when you view the references of
an artifact.

Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix that ensures the archived track is not ignored when you
