APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The revisions table for a document is not updated if a new
version of the document is created in the Document List while
the revisions table is displayed.

Local fix

  • Close the revisions list and reopen to see the updated content.

Problem summary

  • When you create a new version of a document, the new document
version is not shown if the revisions of it are already
displayed and, as a result, the list of revisions is not up to
date.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that hides the list of document revisions during
operations that would change the list content will be available
in a future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow and will
 apply to both the BPM and ECM Document List controls. Creating
a new document, updating a document, deleting a document, or
refreshing the document list will automatically close the stale
revisions table.
