APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A client-side human service task that fails is assigned a
"closed" status and you can't retry it, for example, by using
the Process Inspector's "Retry failed step".

Local fix

  • Add a new custom property to the Mashups_ConfigService with the
following details:

name: enableAltCFTaskCompletion
value: true
type: String (default)

IMPORTANT: If you apply this workaround, either remove the
enableAltCFTaskCompletion property or set it to false after this
fix is installed.

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that enables you to retry a task even if it fails with a
JavaScript error will be available in a future release of IBM
Business Automation Workflow.
