Error description

  • The following accessibility non-compliance and functional issues
were discovered in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM):

-When a modal dialog, such as the Profile dialog, is displayed,
it is possible to tab and set focus to fields outside of the
    dialog.

-In the Modify Task dialog, when you use Firefox the hour and
minute entry fields are not labeled so that assistive
technologies like a screen reader can accurately identify them.

-In the top banner of the Work dashboard, the area that displays
metrics, for example, Total Open, is identified with a button
role; however, this is not a clickable button.

-The contrast ratio for text and images of text, for example, on
disabled buttons and on buttons that change appearance when the
mouse hovers over them, is unacceptable.

-When you use the Work dashboard in the Table view, the
pagination buttons are not labeled so that assistive
technologies like a screen reader can accurately identify their
    purpose or
state. Assitive technologies should be able to identify
    --disabled buttons
    --selected button
--that the buttons relate to the table of tasks
--what the buttons labeled with less than (<) and greater than
    (>) symbols actually do

-When you use the Work dashboard in the Table view, assistive
technologies like a screen reader can't easily identify the
values in the items in each page drop-down menu.

-When you use the Work dashboard in the Table view, assistive
technologies like a screen reader identify every cell in the
table with "task row header button" instead of a more
identifiable description, including the value of the cell.
