Error description

  • On a system where the IBM Robotic Process Automation with
Automation Anywhere (IBM RPA) client is installed, you
successfully map a network drive by using Microsoft Windows
operating system capabilities. After you disconnect the drive
and try to map it again, Windows shows a Windows Security window
with a progress bar stating "Just a moment". This window never
goes away and the network drive connection cannot be
    established.

In the Microsoft Windows Task Manager, you can see that the
Windows Explorer application is using one full CPU core. For
example, if your system has four CPU cores, you see its CPU
    utilization at around 25%.

Using Microsoft's Process Monitor, you can further check the
Windows Explorer application and can find the
Automation.CredentialProvider.dll file on the thread's stack.
The file is part of the IBM RPA client installation.
