The menu options in the Responsive Process Portal are inconsistent depending on how you navigate between tasks and startable services. You see the options to "Open in a New Window", "View Instance", "View Process Diagram", or "Close" the window when working on a startable service when you should see only the "Open in a New Window" and "Close" options.
