  • During order process, you encounter a NullPointerException
similar to the following message:

processing: "java.lang.NullPointerException".
java.lang.NullPointerException at

rmExecute(GetOrderPaymentInfoCmdImpl.java:102)

when either the name or value of the ORDPAYINFO record is null.

BUSINESS IMPACT:
Order submit fails when empty values are provided for payment
attributes.
