JR59425: The enableHealthCenter property is used incorrectly in vaultConfigure.sh for Transaction server container

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With V9.0.0.2, the Docker containers can be started up with
  "CONFIGURE_MODE=Vault" parameter to pull configurations stored
  in Vault. However, for the Java Health Center configurations
  included in vaultConfigure.sh from the Transaction server
  container, the enableHealthCenter property is incorrectly
  checked if set to false to enable Java Health Center:
  
  if [ "$enableHealthCenter" != "null" ] && [
  "$enableHealthCenter" != "true" ]; then
  
  As a result, configuring Java Health Center to be enabled
  through Vault will not enable Java Health Center.
  

Local fix

• You can copy the vaultConfiguration.sh and correct the changes
  instead of building it into docker to fix this issue as a
  workaround.
