Error description

• In earlier releases, only a subset of the BPEL tasks were
  indexed for IBM Process Federation Server. However, this
  limitation was removed in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM)
  V8.6 CF2017.12. Now all BPEL tasks are indexed and, as a
  consequence, the indexing service takes needs more processing
  time, which slows performance.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.6 CF2017.12 that again hides
  certain BPEL tasks from Process Federation Server, preventing
  the performance issue during indexing.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR59094:
  - Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level,
  and your platform, and then click Continue.
  -  Select APAR or SPR, enter JR59094, and click Continue.
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
