Error description

  • When a user tries to log in to IBM Business Process Manager
(BPM), IBM BPM queries the database for attributes. Some user
attributes might remain in the database even after a snapshot
was completely deleted, making those user attributes orphaned.
Because the snapshot is deleted, IBM BPM can't retrieve
information about the related attribute definition, preventing
you from logging in and showing you the following
    NullPointerException:

Local fix

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix will be included in the next cumulative fix for IBM BPM
