Error description
If a dashboard is used and the name contains non-English characters, for example the German umlaut, IBM Process Portal doesn't refresh. The addressibility of the URL is also not working. You see errors like https://localhost:9445/https://localhost:9445/ProcessPortal/dash boards/SYSRP/RESPONSIVE_WORK "The requested page is not available" or SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /https://localhost:9445/ProcessPortal/dashboards/PMRREP/%C3%84xy z+Dashboard has not been defined. SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle localhost:9445 has not been defined. URL addressibility refers to using a previously bookmarked URL to go to the target page. In this context, you should be able to use a previously bookmarked page while in Process Portal and use it later. However, that bookmarked URL no longer works.
