APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After you upgrade an IBM Process Server to IBM Business Process
    Manager (BPM) V8.6, Process Inspector in the desktop Process
    Designer can't connect to online process servers. You see the
    following error in Process Designer and Process Server log

Local fix

  • Use the Process Inspector in WebPD or use the Process Admin
    console Process Inspector on the Process Server if possible.
    

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because the authorization check fails.
