Error description

  • When you run the
".../rest/bpm/wle/v1/task/<taskId>/clientSettings/External" REST
 API call more than 10 times, you see a CWLLG0399W warning
message similar to the following CWLLG0399W warning message in
the SystemOut.log for each subsequent call:

"[7/31/17 11:49:04:643 CEST] 00000130 JavaScriptRun W
CWLLG0399W: JavaScriptRunner(...) nesting depth > 10 depth=13"

Problem summary


    

  • Each time the
".../rest/bpm/wle/v1/task/<taskId>/clientSettings/External" REST
 API call runs, a JavaScriptRunner instance is created that is
not removed after the REST API call completes.
If the number of JavaScriptRunner instances exceeds 10, a
warning message CWLLG0399W is written to SystemOut.log.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix will be included in a future release of IBM BPM that
removes the JavaScriptRunner after this REST API completes.
