Error description

• In the "BPMSnapshotCleanup command" topic
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFPJS_8.6.0/com.ib
  m.wbpm.ref.doc/topics/rref_bpmsnapshotcleanup.html), the
  following prerequisites are incorrect:
  
   -Before running the BPMSnapshotCleanup command, go to the
  Process Designer Inspector and remove all BPD instances that are
  related to the unnamed or archived snapshot that you want to
  delete.
   -To avoid conflicts between operations and snapshots on Process
  Center, you must run the BPMSnapshotCleanup command at specified
  intervals.
   -To avoid corruption and loss in the data related to IBM® BPM,
  run the command when there are no other operations running on
  Process Center and no connections between Process Designer and
  Process Center.

Problem summary

• The prerequisites will be revise to say
  
  "Run the command when the load on the system is low, for
  example, during off-peak hours, as the operation locks snapshots
  and deletes process instances, preventing you from updating
  those resources. In addition, being a resource-intensive
  activity, it might affect performance when the activity runs in
  parallel with other operations."
