JR58325: Shoppers cannot register with the store

APAR status

Error description

• If you use LDAP mode to authenticate and you specify
  syncPasswordInSyncBeanEnabled='true' in the  wc-server.xml file,
   you encounter a 'Password too young' error.

  The password updates twice in LDAP when syncPasswordInSyncBean
  is enabled. The syncPasswordInSyncBeanEnabled parameter will
  send the password during the user creation and then WebSphere
  Commerce will try to update it again, which causes an issue
  depending on the LDAP security settings.
