Error description

• After you upgrade to IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.5.7
  cumulative fix 2017.06, the REST or JavaScript API might not
  return the custom user attributes.

Local fix

• If you authorize users to see the attributes, the API won't
  remove them from the response and the cache.
  For example, you could authorize users by adding the attributes
  as self-managebale attributes:
  <server>
  <user-attributes merge="mergeChildren">
    <rest-authorization merge="mergeChildren">
       <self-manageable-attribute
  merge="append">MyAttr</self-manageable-attribute>
    </rest-authorization>
  </user-attributes>
  </server>
  As a result, the MyAttr attribute is added to the response.
