APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In IBM Process Portal, when the
<task-index-include-system-tasks> parameter is set to false,
system tasks should not be indexed in the IBM Business Process
Manager (BPM) Lucene index or in Process Federation Server.
However, when a non-system activity is completed, system tasks
that belong to the same process instance and are currently
active are indexed even if the <task-index-include-system-tasks>
 parameter is set to false.

  • A fix will be included in IBM BPM V8.6.0 that prevents
incomplete system tasks from being indexed when a non-system
activity is completed for the same process instance and the
