• Alphanumeric sort of categories wrong for Norwegian for special
  characters.
  
  In Norwegian language, the special characters are at the end of
  the alphabet.
  
  Example:
  'Monteringsutstyr' and
  'Målekuplinger og manometre'. These should be sorted
  alphabetically in the order:
  
  1) Monteringsutstyr
  2) Målekuplinger og manometre
  
  But are being sorted in the order:
  
  1) Målekuplinger og manometre
  2) Monteringsutstyr
