APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The guestidentity REST API on Feature Pack 8 does not contain
  'migrateGuestUser' logic.  In a REST-based service interaction
  flow, When a remembered guest returns to the site with REST
  requests, the previous order cannot be checked out with partial
  authentication. With the 'migrateGuestUser' parameter, the
  guestidentity API can create a new guest user and migrate the
  previous shopping cart.
  
  Currently 'migrateGuestUser' is only supported on WebSphere
  Commerce Version 8.
